Green dose
3-channel 4K video installation, 17 minutes 8 seconds, stereo sound, 2024
'Green dose' is an immersive video installation with AI-generated landscapes inspired by Val di Mello region, accompanied by a pink noise soundscape simulating water. It explores scientific theories like Attention Restoration Theory, suggesting that immersing yourself in natural landscapes reduces stress by engaging the brain's default mode network. The installation critiques the commodification and artificialization of nature as a consumable entity, raising questions about our growing detachment from nature and its impact on mental health and our relationship with the natural world.
